What is required?
Identify a location, preferably near your entry door that can be used as a closet for drop off and pick up. Let your employees know this service is available to them. You could email my customer profile form to your employees with a notice stating when the service begins. They contact us directly to set up their account. I will do the rest!
What is my risk?
This is a benefit for your employees with nothing required beyond letting your employees know about the service. I pick up and drop off the orders at a designated location once a week. As soon as your service is activated, I become the primary contact for your employees.
Chris’s Concierge Service will be responsible for:
- Collecting payments – we never involve the employer in this.
- Ensuring 100% satisfaction.
- Resolving any issues relating to garments picked up and/or delivered.
