My mission is to build lifelong relationships by providing exceptional customer service. I also value educating my clients extensively about their clothes, the dry cleaning process, alterations and much more. I thrive on finding creative options that save time and money. As a result, I am always able to help customers get what they need, while remaining flexible and continually looking for the best solutions.
I possess the willingness to go the extra mile to make sure a customer is taken care of while having a passion to help my clients and potential clients understand the benefits I and my team offer. I want my clients to feel they can make wise decisions as to which pickup and delivery service is right for them. It is my purpose and goal to help everyone I work with – with a smile.
I enjoy getting to know people and finding out what I can do to serve them best. By the time we are finished with a transaction it is my intent to have built a friendship that I hope can last for a lifetime!

Convenience, ease of use, and the strength of conducting business with vendors who mirror like values of integrity, honesty and dependability.

I have over 25 years of experience in meeting the needs of people I have done business with. I’ve been described as high energy and have always been dedicated to providing the highest quality of professional service. I retired from NIKE, Inc. after 9 years of service and have been running Chris’s Concierge Service (formerly Chris’s Convenient Dry Cleaning) since 2001.
Retirement proved not to be exciting enough for me, so after listening to my friends and colleagues express frustration about the inconvenience of struggling to get their dry cleaning done, Iwas inspired to open Chris’s Concierge Service.
My vision was to grow my business with heart. I have believe I have built strong relationships by staying in touch with customers in a personal and meaningful way.
