I often see in family situations that dry cleaning usually falls on the individual with the greatest need… and when that person is especially busy, it can be tough to find the time.

Simple & Clear Communication
I find that everyone has their own style and preferences for communication. Not a problem! I text, call, and email my clients as needed, to confirm an upcoming pickup or discuss the particulars of your needs for the week. I make sure you get your clothes back just the way you want them. And it doesn’t matter who starts the dry cleaning account—if one partner initiates and the other will be in charge going forward, I am happy to make the transition.
How Do You Get Started?
Every new relationship starts with an initiating call. I’ll ask you what you need, what you’re looking for, and give you an idea of the investment you’re looking at for the kind of laundry services you’re thinking you’ll need the most.
In that call we’ll also:
- Determine the ideal pickup and dropoff location (can be home or office)
- Assign you your days for pickup and dropoff (these are set by the days of the week I am in your area)
- Set you up with either weekly or biweekly service
- Set up your customer profile for billing
- Set up your first pickup; if you are seeking immediate service we’ll schedule it right away

I am known for continued care over the course of our working relationship. If you have special needs, are curious about what it will take to get something special cleaned or altered, or just need a referral to a great business resource, I am there to help. I am only a text or phone call away.
More Than Mobile Dry Cleaning
One thing that people love about my service is they can get all their clothing needs met. If you need tailoring or alterations, zipper repair, shoe repair or resoling, or to get something challenging cleaned, I can come to you for it all. Either schedule your measurements to come to you at your home or office or send that repair along with your usual cleaning.
